Dear Sir,
I am now considering to apply for a citizenship of the Empire of Atlantium, I want to know if I can claim for giving up the citizenship when there is conflicts between me and my living place anytime. Also, I am not ready to receive any works recently, but I may think of helping the empire if the government of the Empire of Atlantium notice me that she really needs my help without a firm promise to be responsible to the job. Also, I want to know if I may receive some kinds of orders for me to work for the empire, I have to make a serious consideration about that.
Look for your reply.

Hello Wilson,
Atlantian citizenship does not nullify or supercede your existing nationality, so you cannot surrender the latter in favour of the former.
If you wish to apply to be considered for a voluntary role within the Public Administration you are welcome to do so once your citizenship has been finalised.
However, should you have no interest in serving as an Administration officer, you are perfectly entitled to remain a private citizen, free of official responsibilities.
Nobody in Atlantium has the authority to compell citizens to serve in the Public Administration against their will.

Oh, both of us live in Hong Kong Island! How old are you? I'm 15 years old but I don't know can I apply for a Atlantium citizenship. Do I need to be 18 years old to do that?

I don't really know. You can always ask the Emperor in this forum. He is so kind to answer any questions. He may reply by email. I don't want to tell my age at this stage, but I'm young.
