I've been asked to confirm the list of public holidays that Atlantium currently celebrates, so here they are:
New Year's Day - 1 Primus (1 January)
Vexillum Day - 19 Quartus (8 May)
Foundation Day - 3 Decimus (27 November)
The date on which the New Constitution is promulgated will almost certainly eventually be celebrated as Constitution Day.
It's also been suggested that 12 Primus (12 January) be celebrated as Aurora Day, although given that date's close proximity to New Year I think the date on which the Imperial State Vexillum is first raised over Aurora would be more appropriate.
It's likely that a single Decree properly formalising all of the above will be issued over the next few months.
