Your Imperial Majesty,
I bought some stamps and banknotes from the state. There was a confirm letter sent on 13/6/2008, but I cannot receive it till now. I want to have a confirm on my address in the state's record. Thank you.

Have you put money in the envelope? In Hong Kong, you can't send money by mail.

I'm advised that a number of packages were despatched to overseas philatelic and numismatic buyers on 35 Quintus (26 June).
I expect these should arrive within 7-10 working days, depending on destination.

I am sorry that I received the confirmation very early at 13 June, so I expect it had been mailed out soon after that date. It officially takes 5-7 working days for air mail packages, so there is no problem here now. Thank you.

No problem.
As we have limited resources, we tend to process and ship orders in monthly batches, rather than on a day-to-day basis.

I also want to know whether my citizenship application is on progress now. Thanks.
