I'm going to apply for citizenship of the Empire of Atlantium, and I have a problem.
In application, there is 'Number of Dependents'. What does it mean? That's the biggest obstacle.

Dependent = family member who you are legally responsible for.
Usually only children are dependents - but sometimes older people can be dependents too - particularly if they have diminished mental capacities, and you are acting as their court-appointed guardian.

How long is process of consideration of the request about applying citizenship?

We are currently receiving a greater than average number of new citizenship applications, so for most applicants the process is typically taking anywhere from 1-6 months to be finalised.
