Is he really imperial legate of Atlanium to Brazil?
As found in his Bio-data He has mentioned all his position or post he holds except the one with Atlantium.

Yes,I am Imperial Legate for Atlantium to Brazil.
My bio data are quoted,with more or less extention and completude, in many places and lists,commonly redacted by other persons than me. At least in my case,but probably in that ones of allmost all people,it will take too much space to show a complete Curriculum Vitae.
I should like to know the name of the Atlantium citizen that asked this question, and if he is consul, diplomat, or what.
