Did Empire of Atlantium ever apply for some sort of recognition with UN or similar organisation like International parliament for peace and secutiry?

The so-called "International Parliament for Safety and Peace" is not a reputable organisation. Atlantium does not wish to be associated with it in any way.
In terms of the UN, an official representative of Atlantium was accredited as an attendee at a conference hosted by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, in Geneva, on one occasion approximately seven years ago.
We would certainly consider sending accredited representatives to similar UN events in future - but it's not our primary focus at this stage in our evolution.

Internaional Parliament for peace and security has been accepted as International Organisation of the world ,the head of the Government of more than fifty Countries are member or official of ISPS including Italy, USA, India ,malaysia and most south American Countries.Almost all african Countries head participate in ISPS.

I am aware that the IPSP counts several complete fantasy countries and their founders as members.
It also appears to have extremely lax membership standards - to the extent that virtually anyone may be named an IPSP "senator".
It seems to exist for the sole purpose of bestowing honours of dubious worth on heads of state and government.
Atlantium can derive no benefit - and much potentially to its detriment - by associating with the IPSP.
