Dear Mr Dolacki.
As stated previously, our email system is functioning fine.
However, we have not received any email communications from you concerning this matter, and we can find no reference to either deantaylor1306@hotmail.com or Dejan@plum.ca anywhere in our electronic communication archive.
It also appears that despite a previous communication to you, we have also not received any citizenship application from you on 30 December 2008 - nor on any other date in the past 18 months.
I have requested a check of our PayPal records for your alleged payment. If it is confirmed I've requested that your payment be refunded in full.
